Biography

I studied Pharmaceutical Sciences in Beijing and did my PhD in Cancer Metabolism in Edinburgh. After my PhD, I started working in the Wellcome Centre for Mitochondrial Research as a Research Associate.

Research Focus

I work for a clinical trial for patients with mitochondrial myopathies. My main role is to analyse patient muscle biopsy specimens in order to assess the efficacy of the treatment.
